Taberna Alborán

A real discovery, one day when you don't know where to eat and you find this tavern. Excellent food. I ordered the Russian salad (an exquisite bite with its toasted bread) and a luxurious fabada (bean stew). The service was friendly, warm, and exuding warmth. And the neighborhood atmosphere is incredibly pleasant. I will definitely return, and with my friends; these places are for sharing.

Authentic tavern with genuine food. Just steps from the sea, we stopped for dinner and I think we'll be back soon. The owners, the very young waitress, and the chef really do their best to recommend the best dishes, and they work with great passion. I would recommend making the menu available in multiple languages so that all the dishes are easily understood by non-Spanish speakers, because it would be a real shame to miss out on something worthwhile.

It's a very, very special tavern because of the people who run it. I was taking a course at the digital hub, and it became my favorite place for breakfast. The mixed smurfs and the coffee were delicious. They even have plant-based drinks for coffee, which is appreciated. If you're in the area, I recommend stopping by for a drink. If the food is like the breakfasts, it must be delicious.

Breakfast left me wanting to come back another day for lunch. Authentic bacon and cheese smurf, well toasted. The toast isn't very big.

I went for breakfast and the experience was good. The coffee is very well prepared with a creamy coffee on top. They have a customer card that gives you a free breakfast if you fill it up. I liked seeing that there's a no-smoking sign if you sit under the awning… it's quite unfortunate to see tobacco smoke bothering you inside the awnings in other places. The waiter is very pleasant and the place is clean. The prices are reasonable. It cost us €7.70 for two coffees and two double espressos.

A very well-run family business, it has a limited menu, but when we were planning our order, the waiter surprised us with the daily suggestions, which were quickly accepted. We ordered the Russian salad to test the cuisine and the result was positive. The 3 toasts (tuna with avocado, cod, and beef): a success. And to finish, a sausage steak tartare: delicious. Since everything can't be perfect, there was flamenco music playing, and the table next to us (on the terrace) filled our table with the aroma of tobacco. Nevertheless, a highly recommended place.

Today, thanks to a car breakdown, I was lucky enough to discover this tavern while the tow truck was coming. As soon as I walked in, Paco welcomed me warmly, as did Emi's service. The atmosphere and the flamenco music Alexa played, topped off with Fito, made the wait for our meal pleasant. The bread was top-notch...hallelujah!! And the chopped tomato with mackerel and olives and its dressing made me enjoy it like I hadn't in a long time. Estrella Galicia was fresh and the terrace was very nice. I'll be back...as Chiquetete sang!

Excellent breakfast (try the Greek Smurf) and innovative, high-quality cuisine for lunch...wines that match the food...highly recommended!!

A place that surprised me with 10/10 breakfasts and the best sandwich I've ever tried. I could even say it's the best in Malaga. I recommend this place for breakfast and lunch.
